When the rear hatch is open at an accident scene, traditional interior lightbars are rendered completely invisible to approaching traffic. This custom-molded D-Pillar system solves that critical safety flaw by permanently mounting an array of six intense, Tri-Color MicroPulse Ultra LEDs to the exterior rear pillars of the vehicle. By keeping the warning lights elevated and outboard, they remain clearly visible whether the tailgate is open or closed.
